We currently ship orders within Australia.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $10.

Express delivery generally takes approximately 1–4 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times.

Processing Times
Most orders are prepared within 2–4 business days before being dispatched. Personalised cakes and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.

Local Pickup
Free pickup is available from our Launceston pickup location.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 2–4 days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, high delivery volumes or other circumstances affecting the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at charliespupcakes@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Details
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
